Crab Dip

1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F

2. Remove plastic lid

3. Heat for 20-25 minutes, stir dip every 5 minutes

Crab Pretzel

1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F

2. Remove plastic lid

3. Cook for 12-15 minutes as cheese starts to turn slightly brown

Uncooked & Frozen Crab Cakes

Lasagna (Uncooked)

1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F

2. Remove plastic lid & cover with foil

3. Cook for 20-25 minutes covered

4. Remove foil cook for 10 minutes uncovered

Meatballs (Uncooked)

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F

2. Remove plastic lid

3. Cook for 15 minutes or until the the top sides are well-browned

Spaghetti Noodles (Uncooked)

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil

2. Once water is boiling remove it from heat

3. Add your pasta in the warm water for 1-2 minutes to heat

4. Drain the warmed noodles immediately to prevent them from becoming soggy

5. Add desired sauce & enjoy

Spinach Pie (uncooked)

1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F

2. Remove plastic lid & cover with foil

3. Cook for 20-25 minutes covered

4. Remove foil cook for 10 minutes uncovered

Frozen Soups (Quart & Bowl)

All soups available at our Grab & Go Market

1. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight

2. Remove plastic lid

Bowl - May be microwaved for 90 seconds - 2 minutes until hot

Quart - Microwave for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes, stir every 30-40 seconds. (Once thawed, soup may be placed into a microwave safe container and heated to a bowl portion.)
